- We ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
